I <br /> had my boss Mark Gipson, owner of Right on Heating come out and take a <br /> look, give Jon a quote. Mark would not even leave a quote because Jon <br /> kept on saying you don't need a permit your in Everett, the inspectors are <br /> so stupid. We left but I know for a fact that the furnace was a fuel oil <br /> furnace which is powered by 120v. Now if you look he has it recorded as <br /> forced air electric which takes two lines of 220v. Also what happen to the <br /> fuel oil tank that he never removed or filled and had inspected.There is no <br /> record of any permits pulled by this guy. He should have had <br /> i will have copy's of the <br /> electrical,rnech, and plumbing permits. The police opy <br /> house being robbed of all the copper,[ electric wire and all the plumbing]. <br /> the house had.to be rewired and plumbed.The police will also have <br /> another report for the fire they had built under the electrical mass.The <br /> bank holding the note will also have copy's. What does it take to have <br /> someone check this guy out? Watch out for him he is a bull**********, he <br /> must know someone that is letting him get away with this stuff. Right now <br /> he is flipping another house, pulling the same stuff no permits. He still lives <br /> here just sold the house to his wife Tjandra Ines. Had his name taking off <br /> for what reason? Well I hope you go check this guy out cause he will keep <br /> on doing this unless you stop him.
