.1$1:: <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2743-03 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Paine Field Boulevard Project," Fund 386, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 1868-92. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Paine Field Boulevard Project," Fund 386, was <br /> established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues <br /> to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Paine Field Boulevard Project," Fund 386, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Paine Field Boulevard Project," Fund 386, are as <br /> follows: <br /> A.
