Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. The revised plans submitted Feb. 5, 2015 have engineer's references to sheets that are <br /> not included in the plans submitted. Revise plans to reflect only one set of Engineering. <br /> The drawing set is required to be stamped by a licensed WA State Structural Engineer, <br /> that engineer is taking responsibility for the design as the"engineer or record". The <br /> calculations and details submitted need to show all of the engineering that is shown on <br /> the plans. If it is your intention to include alternate designs for the foundation repairs <br /> and the wind and seismic design then the plans would need to be"wet-stamped"by <br /> both engineers and calculations for both designs would be required to be submitted. It <br /> would also be required to be submitted.
