Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. From the letter dated July 2 2014: <br /> "Provide lateral analysis prepared by a licensed WA State Structural Engineer, for wind and <br /> seismic loading" <br /> This is in reference to the bedroom and bathroom addition that was done on the rear (east <br /> side) of the structure design. The lateral design was done by Structural Design Associates <br /> and submitted F1 revised plans September 15, 2014. On subsequent plans submitted <br /> February 5th, (he stamp from Chris Covington of Structural Design Associates was <br /> removed from the plans, but the engineering for the lateral design remained on the <br /> drawings. The correction letter dated February 12, 2015 states: <br /> "1. The revised plans submitted February 5, 2015 have engineer's references to sheets that <br /> are not included in the plans submitted.
