ORDINANCE NO. 2751-04 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "I-5 Corridor Study," Fund 303, Program 032,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project, and repealing Ordinance No. 2381-99. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement program as a part of the City Transportation Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal funds for the development of a design report and environmental impact study of the Interstate 5 corridor as an improvement project; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 032, entitled "I-5 Corridor Study," to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2381-99. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 032, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $1,625,016.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 032, "I-5 Corridor Study," as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Preliminary Engineering $ 1,625,016.00 Total Estimated Cost $ 1,625,016.00
