AID#: STPUL-9931(012) <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> 1 Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the "41ST STREET TO WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE <br /> FREIGHT CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS"will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor <br /> Wall Street Building 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on <br /> Tuesday,March 15a,, 2016 . <br /> At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Public Hearing Room on the <br /> 8th Floor of Wall Street Building. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this project is $ 3,088,000. <br /> IThe work includes, but is not limited to: Pacific Ave between W. Marine View Drive to Rucker Ave, and <br /> 41st and Rucker intersection. The work will include grinding, drainage improvement, HMA overlay, <br /> striping, expanded turn lanes with improved radii, ADA ramps upgrades, sidewalk improvements, <br /> signal improvements. <br /> Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project may be viewed on line at <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. Plan sets may also be purchased for reproduction costs at <br /> IBill's Blueprints (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. No <br /> bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right <br /> to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
