It may be separate or in a mixture containing 25 the percentage of total nitrogen, available phosphoric acid and water-soluble potash 26 in the amounts specified. All fertilizers shall be furnished in standard unopened 27 containers with weight, name of plant nutrients and manufacturer's guaranteed 28 statement of analysis clearly marked, all in accordance with State and Federal laws. 29 30 Acceptable commercial fertilizer may be supplied in one of the following forms: 31 32 (a) A dry free-flowing granular fertilizer suitable for application by 33 agricultural fertilizer spreader. 34 35 (b) A soluble fertilizer ground to a fineness that will permit complete 36 suspension of insoluble particles in water, suitable for application by power sprayer. 37 38 (c) A granular or pelleted fertilizer, suitable for application by blower 39 equipment. I 40 41 (d) A nonvolatile liquid fertilizer. 42 43 Fertilizer shall be standard commercial grade of formulation.
