All fertilizers shall be furnished in standard unopened <br /> 27 containers with weight, name of plant nutrients and manufacturer's guaranteed <br /> 28 statement of analysis clearly marked, all in accordance with State and Federal laws. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Acceptable commercial fertilizer may be supplied in one of the following forms: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 (a) A dry free-flowing granular fertilizer suitable for application by <br /> 33 agricultural fertilizer spreader. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 (b) A soluble fertilizer ground to a fineness that will permit complete <br /> 36 suspension of insoluble particles in water, suitable for application by power sprayer. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 (c) A granular or pelleted fertilizer, suitable for application by blower <br /> 39 equipment. <br /> I 40 <br /> 41 (d) A nonvolatile liquid fertilizer. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Fertilizer shall be standard commercial grade of formulation.
