Business $0.30/FTE/mo.* *To a maximum of 10,000 employees or$3,000 per month Section 5: Rates and charges for the Solid Waste Management Utility shall be subject to reduction for low income senior and low income disabled citizens as provided in Ordinance No. 1461-88 or as such may be amended. Section 6: The Mayor is authorized to establish reasonable rules, regulations and procedures in connection with collection of rates and charges for the City of Everett Solid Waste Management Utility. Section 7: Ordinance No. 2410-99 is hereby repealed. Section 8: The enactment of this ordinance shall not affect any case, proceeding, or appeal, or other matter in any court of before the City or in any way modify any rate, charge, obligation, right or liability, civil or criminal, which may be in existence on the effective date of this ordinance or as may exist by virtue of any of the ordinance herein superseded or repealed. Section 9: If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase (i.e.,provision) of this ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other provision, and the remainder of this ordinance, or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected.
