t • • <br /> Ted Budden <br /> To: Spring Wathen <br /> Cc: Kevin Fagerstrom;Tony Lee; Meg Haley <br /> Subject: RE:2024 Grand Ave <br /> Hello Spring, <br /> I have reviewed the photo attachments concerning the dilapidated conditions at 2024 Grand Ave. I also visited the site <br /> this morning to view the structure in person. <br /> Here is a brief summary of my observations and findings. <br /> 1.The east porch structure that serves this building is dilapidated, decayed, unstable, and structurally unsafe.The <br /> structure is an Unsafe Structure as defined by IPMC section 108.1.1. <br /> 2. Portions of the building served by this porch are not safe for occupancy. <br /> 3. Permits to repair, replace,or secure the structure are required. <br /> 4. I can post the building with an Unsafe Structure placard at your request. <br /> 5.
