• <br /> I observed a structure at 2024 Grand Ave that appeared unsafe.The roof on the south side of the <br /> structure is extremely dilapidated. The supporting post is also in poor condition and appears to be in <br /> danger of collapse. The upper deck also supporting the beam is rotted and does not appear capable of <br /> supporting the load. The walking surface of the deck is rotted,broken and also looks pretty dangerous <br /> (photos attached) <br /> I have not confirmed whether or not the structure is occupied but I did observe signs of occupancy due to <br /> the items on and around the property,garbage tote and recycle bins and a car parked in the driveway. <br /> The structure appears to be a tri-plex. <br /> I have discussed this with Kevin as well.
