Re-inspection of items due to unacceptable workmanship or scheduling errors <br /> made by the Contractor, fabricator, or facility applying protective coatings will be <br /> assessed at $60.00 per hour but not less than $120.00 per inspection. <br /> **An inspection day includes any calendar day or portion of a calendar day spent by <br /> one inspector inspecting, on standby, or traveling to and from, a place of fabrication.An <br /> additional cost per inspection day will be assessed for each additional inspector. <br /> Reimbursement will be assessed at $280.00 per day for weekends and holidays for <br /> each on site inspector in travel status, but not engaged in inspection or travel activities <br /> when fabrication activities are not taking place. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Where fabrication of an item takes place in more than one zone, the reduction in <br /> 9 payment will be computed on the basis of the entire item being fabricated in the farthest <br /> 10 of zones where any fabrication takes place on that item. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 The rates for Zones 2 and 3 shall be applied for the full duration of time for all <br /> 13 fabrication inspection activities, to include, but not be limited to: plant approvals, <br /> 14 prefabrication meetings, fabrication, coatings, and final inspection.
