I <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> PACIFIC & BROADWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FEDERAL FUND#: HSIP-000S(331); COE# 3523 <br /> CITYWIDE SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FEDERAL FUND#: HSIP-000S(330); COE# 3524 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the Pacific & Broadway Safety Improvements, and <br /> Citywide Safety improvements, will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street <br /> Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. <br /> At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Public Hearing Room on the <br /> 8th Floor of Wall Street Building. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this project is $884,000. <br /> The work includes, but is not limited to: improvement of curb ramps, pedestrian signals, lighting, radar <br /> speed signs, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, speed enforcement lights, and pavement markings at <br /> various intersections and streets within the City of Everett. <br /> Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project may be viewed on line at <br /> http://www.everettwa.orq/bidscontracts/bids.asp. Plan sets may also be purchased for reproduction <br /> costs at Bill's Blueprints (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. No <br /> bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right <br /> to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
