Hall Park and Kasch <br /> Park in Everett, Washington. Our proposed scope of services was de- <br /> scribed in our proposal to you dated May 12, 1988. Verbal authorization <br /> to proceed was received on May 13, 1988. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The purpose of our work was to explore and evaluate subsurface condi- <br /> tions, and to provide recommendations regarding the geotechnical aspects <br /> of the proposed improvements. Specifically, our scope of services in- <br /> cluded the following: <br /> 1 . Review existing soils data from previous studies. <br /> 2.
