t r , <br /> -'.44,1 ' <br /> .7 J <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2762-04 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of <br /> the 2004 revised City of Everett budget and <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2739-03. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the amended budget <br /> appropriations and information which was made available; and approves <br /> the appropriation of local, state, and federal funds and the increase or <br /> decrease from previously approved programs within the 2004 Budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the applications of funds have been identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following <br /> amendments shown on Attachment A, which is incorporated by <br /> reference, shall be made to the 2004 Budget amending the City of <br /> Everett General Government 2004 Operating Budget revenues in the <br /> amount of$1,217,052 and decreasing General Government Expenditures <br /> by $3,495,301; decreasing revenues to Public Safety Reserve Fund 161 <br /> by $100,000 and decreasing the Public Safety Reserve Fund 161 Ending <br /> Fund Balance by $100,000; and increasing expenditures in the Utility <br /> Fund 401 by $180,000 and decreasing the Utility Fund 401 Ending Fund <br /> Balance by$180,000. <br /> 4o�i <br /> /i, <br /> MAYO is <br /> ATTEST: <br /> At ,/ <br /> CIT CLERK <br /> Passed: 4/14/04 <br /> Valid: 4/19/04 <br /> Published: 4/23/04 <br /> Effective Date: 5/04/04 <br />
