Changes that are being recommended by Ecology are for clarification and other minor purposes. See Attachment C for those changes and the reasons for the changes. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The record submitted indicates that the City has complied with the requirements of RCW 90.58.100 regarding the SMP amendment process and contents. The record submitted indicates that the City has complied with the requirements of RCW 90.58.130 and WAC 173-26-090 regarding public and agency involvement to the SMP amendment process. Although not all time frames were rtet, Neology has complied with the procedural requirements for state review and approval'of shoreline-mastersrogram amendments as set forth in WAC 173- 26-120. DECISION AND EFFECTIVE DATE Based on the preceding, Ecology has determined the proposed amendments, once required changes set forth herein are approved by the City, are consistent with the policy of the Shoreline Management Act and implementing rules. Ecology approval of the proposed amendments with required changes is effective on the date at which Ecology receives written notice that the City has agreed to the required changes.
