November 12, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., November 12, 2014, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, President Moore presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, and Stonecipher were present. Council <br /> Member Anderson was excused. <br /> Boy Scout Troop 112 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 5, 2014, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson made no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on a video clip produced by the <br /> Association of Washington Cities relating to the impacts of shared <br /> revenue cuts. He requested that the video be shown at the next City <br /> Council meeting and considered for future viewing on EVTV. <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at several recent <br /> neighborhood meetings. He reported that public safety remains a key <br /> issue for the community. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney made no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Willie Russell, Everett, spoke about issues related to the Everett Police <br /> and Legal Departments. <br /> 313 <br />
