Section 5: This Ordinance shall not be construed nor held to repeal Ordinance No. 2365- <br /> 99 as to any offense committed against such former ordinance or as to any act done, any <br /> penalty, forfeiture or punishment so incurred or any right accrued or claim arising under <br /> the former ordinance, or in any way whatever to affect any such offense or act so <br /> committed or so done, or any penalty, forfeiture or punishment so incurred or any right <br /> accrued or claim arising before this ordinance take effect. <br /> Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as abating any action now pending <br /> under or by virtue of Ordinance No. 2365-99; or as discontinuing, abating, modifying or <br /> altering any penalty accrued or to accrue, or as affecting the liability of any person, firm or <br /> corporation, or as waiving any right of the City under Ordinance No. 2365-99 or provision <br /> thereof in force at the time of passage of this ordinance. <br /> Section 6: Ordinance No. 2365-99 (Chapter 16.02 EMC) and all ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 7: The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make <br /> necessary correction to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of <br /> scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers <br /> and any reference thereto. <br /> / 1 <br /> 7i�_ <br /> Ray it phans sr, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> _2116t/L-b-r3 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: 6/16/04 <br /> Valid: 6/16/04 <br /> Published: 6/23/04 <br /> Effective: 7/1/04 <br /> DEDI/ORDINANCE/INTNL.MECHANICAL CODE <br />
