1 <br /> 1P- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2778-04 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement Project," Fund 303, <br /> Program 014, as established by Ordinance No. 2130-96. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Traffic Signal Central Computer <br /> Replacement Project," Fund 303, Program 014, was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled, "Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement <br /> Project," Fund 303, Program 014, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement <br /> Project," Fund 303, Program 014, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Construction $544,629 <br /> Total Project Costs $ 544,629 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> STP (Federal)Grant $ 314,216 <br /> TIB (State) Grant 49,166 <br /> Fund 119—Street Improvements 9,000 <br /> Fund 301 —Arterial Streets 172,247 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 544,629 <br />
