ORDINANCE NO. 2779-04 > > <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Additional Bridge Lane for Eastbound US 2 Snohomish River <br /> Bridge", Fund 303, Program 038, as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 2380-99. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Additional Bridge Lane for Eastbound <br /> US 2 Snohomish River Bridge," Fund 303, Program 038, was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled, "Additional Bridge Lane for Eastbound US 2 <br /> Snohomish River Bridge"Fund 303, Program 038, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Additional Bridge Lane for Eastbound US 2 <br /> Snohomish River Bridge," Fund 303, Program 038, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Construction $2,207,370 <br /> Total Project Costs $ 2,207,370 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Transportation Partnership Program (TIB) $ 1,777,050 <br /> Fund 158—Boeing Mitigation 430,320 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 2,207,370 <br />
