2004 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGA-9 Parks Reserve Fund Amendment-Transfer Neighborhood Grants to Neighborho 148A 32,582 (32,582) <br /> The Parks Cumulative Reserve Fund(Fund 148)is currently holding funds designated for City of Everett <br /> Neighborhoods.This amendment transfers those funds to Fund 022, Program 060. <br /> In order to transfer these funds,a new appropriation is necessary in Fund 148. <br /> The current Parks 148 Fund designated for neighborhoods was developed to allow neighborhoods to complete <br /> improvement projects in parks,to be matched by neighborhood volunteer labor or in-kind contributions. In <br /> order to simplify implementation and monitoring,these funds will be moved into the Office of Neighborhoods <br /> mini-grant account system for coordinated completion of projects and accounting of funds.
