ORDINANCE NO, 2793-04 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special parks improvement project entitled"Forest Park <br /> Administration& Maintenance Area Renovation Project", Fund 354, Program 006 as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2694-03 <br /> WHEREAS,the special parks improvement project entitled"Forest Park Administration <br /> &Maintenance Area Renovation Project", Fund 354, Program 006,was established to <br /> provide for the said repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special parks improvement project has been <br /> accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Forest Park Administration&Maintenance Area Renovation Project", Fund <br /> 354, Program 006, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Forest Park Administration&Maintenance <br /> Area Renovation Project",Fund 354,Program 006,are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Construction Costs $ 974,908 <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 154 -CIP 3 729,908 <br /> Comcast Cable TV Franchise Fees 195,000 <br /> Fund 507 -Telecommunications 50,000 <br /> Total Revenues $ 974,908 <br />
