November 19, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., November 19, 2014 in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, President Moore presiding. Upon roll call it was <br /> found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Moore, Murphy, <br /> Bader, and Stonecipher were present. Council Members Roberts, <br /> Gipson, and Anderson were excused. <br /> Scout Troop 90 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 12, 2014 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson reported on his attendance at the Mayor's Arts Awards <br /> and congratulated the winners. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher stated that she also attended the Mayor's <br /> Arts Awards. <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at a joint meeting of <br /> the Fire and Police Pension Boards. He stated that they had a lively <br /> debate over long-term medical care policies. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Bonnie Arnestad, Katie Arnestad, and Austin Tipton, Everett, expressed <br /> concern regarding a proposed recreational marijuana store at 4218 <br /> Rucker Avenue. They submitted an email from the Executive Director of <br /> 320 <br />
