July 25, 2012 <br /> AYES: Moore, Hatloe, Gipson, Stonecipher, Affholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Burke <br /> Ordinance No. 3277-12 adopted <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> GRANT APPLICATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Office <br /> of Public Defense grant application for the 2013 calendar year in the <br /> amount of $150,000.00 and, if the city is awarded a grant, to execute <br /> documents necessary to accept the grant and complete the transfer <br /> of funds. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Burke who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD — NEC TELEPHONE NETWORK MAINTENANCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to award RFP2012-005 for NEC Telephone Network <br /> Maintenance to Black Box Networks Services in an annual amount of <br /> $105,325.00 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Burke who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 200 <br />
