exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, for as long as Parity Bonds remain <br /> outstanding. <br /> 2002 Bonds means the City's outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, <br /> 2002, issued under date of June 1, 2002, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2607-02. <br /> 2003 Bonds means the City's outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue and Refunding <br /> Bonds, 2003, issued under date of May 15, 2003, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2690-03. <br /> 2005 Bonds means the City's outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 2005, issued <br /> under date of October 14, 2005, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2870-05. <br /> 2009 Construction Account means the account named "2009 Bond Funds" for the <br /> Projects created within the City's Fund 339 — Water& Sewer System Improvement Projects <br /> fund. <br /> Tax Maximum means the maximum dollar amount permitted by the Internal Revenue <br /> Code of 1986, as amended, including applicable regulations thereunder, to be allocated to a bond <br /> reserve account from bond proceeds without requiring a balance to be invested at a restricted <br /> yield. <br /> ULID means a utility local improvement district of the City. <br /> ULID Assessments means the assessments levied in all ULIDs, the assessments in which <br /> are payable into the Revenue Bond Fund, and shall include installments thereof and interest and <br /> any penalties thereon. <br /> -20- P:\20287 CMVN20287 88O 03/25/09 <br />
