2009 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-3 Administration Re-appropriate L& I Consulting Fees 007R 114,000 <br /> GGR-3 Human Resources Re-appropriate L& I Consulting Fees 002R 114,000 <br /> The City has the need to enter into Professional Services Agreements with consultants to assist <br /> with the ongoing complaint review and compliance inspection by the Washington State Dept. of <br /> Labor & Industries, Division of Industrial Safety and Health, regarding asbestos exposures. At <br /> the present time there is an agreement with The Close Group for this purpose. <br /> The L&I inspection and its recommendations and implementations are ongoing for an unknown <br /> period of time. This re-appropriation of$114,000 is for the purpose of funding consulting <br /> services which will assist the City in complying with L&I's directives. <br /> Increase Beginning Fund Balance 002 3080000000, 114,000 <br /> Increase Professional Services budget 007 5000000410 114,000 <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-4 Non Dept Gen Fund Re-appropriate Graffiti Clean-up Program 009R 30,000 <br /> GGR-4 General Fund Re-appropriate Graffiti Clean-up Program 002R 30,000 <br /> In 2008, $50,000 of the Demolition/Abatement budget was set aside for graffiti clean-up <br /> expenses. This request is to carryforward a portion of the unspent funds allocated in 2008 for <br /> use in 2009.
