2009 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-7 Planning Re-appropriation-Urban Livability Grant 021R 4,850 <br /> GGR-7 General Fund Re-appropriation-Urban Livability Grant 002R 4,850 <br /> The City received a grant in 2000 from the State of Washington for an Urban Livability Grant to <br /> establish design guidelines for development that will support pedestrian and transit-oriented use <br /> of Broadway Avenue. LMN Architects has been under contract to finalize these guidelines. On <br /> October 22, 2008, City Council adopted the "Broadway Mixed Use-BMU" zone in which these <br /> guidelines will apply. <br /> This re-appropriation carries forward the remaining $4,850 to fund graphics and publication of <br /> the design guidelines for the Broadway zone. <br /> Increase Beginning Fund Balance 002 3080000000 4,850 <br /> Increase Professional Svcs Budget-Planning 021 5010433410 4,850 <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-8 Engineering Re-appropriation-Downtown Parking Plan 024R 58,917 <br /> GGR-8 General Fund Re-appropriation-Downtown Parking Plan 002R 58,917 <br /> This reappropriation will carry forward the remaining 2008 funds for completion of the <br /> professional services Agreement with Barney&Worth, Inc., for development of a Downtown <br /> Parking Management Plan. <br /> The Downtown Plan's goal is to promote economic development, and a dynamic mixed-use <br /> environment including, office, retail and residential elements.
