No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any parking space for a <br /> period of time longer than the period permitted by official signs. Once a <br /> vehicle remains in a parking space beyond the time which the signage <br /> permits, each subsequent period of time for which the vehicle remains <br /> beyond the period of time allowed by the signage shall constitute a separate <br /> violation. <br /> C. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any parking space which is <br /> designated "Motorcycle Only" unless the person stops, stands or parks a <br /> motorcycle as defined herein within the designated parking space. <br /> Motorcycle spaces will be designated by the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Improper stopping, standing or parking. <br /> A. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2180-96, as amended by Section 2 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2317-98 (EMC 46.28.070), which reads as follows: <br /> Parking for disabled persons. <br /> A. A person who has received a current and valid special disabled person's <br /> card, decal or license plate from the Washington State Department of <br /> Licensing under RCW 46.16.381 shall be allowed to park a vehicle being <br /> used to transport such person in parking meter spaces free of charge and in <br /> nonmetered spaces for unlimited periods of time in parking zones or areas <br /> which are otherwise restricted as to the length of time parking is permitted <br />
