The <br /> proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Interagency Agreement with the Seattle Police Department <br /> would (1) extend the term of the Agreement from November 30, 2009 to May 15, 2010 and (2) <br /> increase funding by an additional $47,858 for the Analyst from $75,000 to $122,858. This <br /> analyst, working under the direct supervision of the Everett Police Department, focuses on <br /> detecting and preventing terrorism and other related crime, such as importing illegal weapons, <br /> organized crime and criminal gangs, as well as protecting critical infrastructure. This Agreement <br /> provides an analytical capability within the northern region of the Seattle Urban Area, City of <br /> Everett and Snohomish County.
