ORDINANCE NO. 314 6-0 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Wiggums Hollow <br /> Skate Park", Fund 354, Program 023, as established by Ordinance No. 3063-08. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks capital improvement project entitled"Wiggums Hollow Skate <br /> Park", Fund 354, Program 023 was created for the design, planning, engineering and <br /> construction of the Wiggums Hollow Skate Park; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been completed; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Wiggums Hollow Skate Park", Fund 354, <br /> Program 023 be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Wiggums Hollow Skate Park", Fund 354, <br /> Program 023, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design, Planning, <br /> Engineering and Construction $ 594,435 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 154—CIP 3 $ 595,000 <br />
