E//FETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 314 7-0 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Grand Avenue Park <br /> Sustainable Maintenance Renovation", Fund 354, Program 026, as established by <br /> Ordinance 2996-07. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Grand Avenue Park Sustainable <br /> Maintenance Renovation", Fund 354, Program 026, was established for the design, <br /> planning,engineering and construction of Grand Avenue Park renovations; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Grand Avenue Park Sustainable Maintenance Renovation", Fund 354, Program <br /> 026,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Grand Avenue Park Sustainable <br /> Maintenance Renovation", Fund 354, Program 026, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design, Planning, Engineering and $463,165 <br /> Construction Costs <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 354 - CIP 3 $475,000 <br /> Total Revenues $475,000 <br />
