E�!/E FETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 314 8-0 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Silver Lake Trail <br /> Phase 1", Fund 354, Program 034, as established by Ordinance 2970-07. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Silver Lake Trail Phase P", Fund <br /> 354, Program 034,was established for the planning and conceptual design of the Silver <br /> Lake Trail; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Silver Lake Trail Phase I", Fund 354, Program 034,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Silver Lake Trail Phase 1", Fund 354, <br /> Program 034, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Planning and Conceptual Design $65,900 <br /> Costs <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 354 - CIP 3 $70,000 <br /> Total Revenues $70,000 <br />
