4. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent penalty and special <br /> charges as set forth in Section 6 plus a multiplier of twenty-five percent, shall <br /> apply to customers outside the City limits. <br /> Section 4: <br /> Section 9 of Ordinance 3096-08, which is codified at EMC 14.16.713 and which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> Effective January 1, 2012, and thereafter, the monthly water rates and charges, monthly <br /> minimum charges, filtration charges, and provisions relating to rates and charges throughout the <br /> water system shall be as follows: <br /> A. Within the City Limits <br /> 1. Fixed rate accounts—minimum monthly water charge $21.60 <br /> Filtration charge $ 5.10 <br /> Total Fixed Rate $26.70 <br /> 2. a. Domestic metered rates—water charge: <br /> First 600 cu. ft. $12.96 <br /> Over 600 cu. ft. $2.160 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> b. In addition, there shall be added a filtration charge of$0.510 per 100 cu. <br /> ft., $3.06 per month minimum. <br /> c. The following minimum monthly charge shall apply to all Residential <br /> metered services to which water is available without regard to actual <br /> consumption: <br /> Cu.
