Fire Hydrants and standpipes: The general fund of the City shall pay for hydrant <br /> usage, including transmission and distribution mains, storage facilities and water <br /> used for fire suppression. Charge- $5,000 monthly. <br /> 7. a. City installed service connection charges: <br /> 5/8 x 3/4 inch $1,325.00 each <br /> 1 inch $1,800.00 <br /> 2 inch $2,850.00 <br /> b. New construction using an existing flat rate service and changing to a 5/8 <br /> x 3/4 Inch metered service shall be charged $830.00 <br /> c. Service connection installations larger than the two-inch size shall be <br /> charged at the actual cost of the complete installation <br /> d. Said charges include a$76 non-refundable application fee.
