b. The consumption charges for master meters shall be as follows: i. For master meters connected east of the Snohomish River, the water charge shall be: Meter Charge $204.40 monthly Water Charge (exclusive of meter charge) $ .2865 per 100 cu. ft. In addition to said water charge there shall be added a twenty percent rate multiplier to the water charge and a filtration charge of$0.466 per 100 cu. ft. to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added to the filtration charge. ii. For master meters connected west of the Snohomish River, the water charge shall be: Non-Pumped $ .610 per 100 cu. ft. Pumped $ .880 per 100 cu. ft. Meter Charge-Silver Lake Water Dist. $2,650.00/per meter/per month In addition to said water charge there shall be added a twenty percent rate multiplier and a filtration charge of$0.466 per 100 cu. ft. for the Silver Lake Water District and $0.430 per 100 cu. ft. for the Mukilteo Water District to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added to the meter charge or the filtration charge. 3. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations outside the City limits of all sizes shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete installation but in no event shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a two-inch service be less than the amount charged for service connections within the City limits. 4. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges.
