R114.3 Unlawful to remove or deface. It shall be unlawful for any person <br /> to remove or deface any placard applied pursuant to this section until the <br /> required repairs, demolition or removal have been completed and a <br /> certificate of occupancy is issued pursuant to the provisions of this code. <br /> I. Section 116 of the IBC is hereby amended by adding the following <br /> language: <br /> 116.6 Unlawful to remove or deface. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> remove or deface any placard applied pursuant to this section until the <br /> required repairs, demolition or removal have been completed and a <br /> certificate of occupancy is issued pursuant to the provisions of this code. <br /> J. Table R301.2(1) of the IRC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Roof Wind Seismic Frost Winter Ice Air Mean <br /> Snow Speed Design Weathering Line Termites Decay Design Shield Flood Freeze Annual <br /> Load* (Gust) Category Depth Temp Underlay Hazards Index Temp <br /> 25 85D2 Moderate 18" Slight to Slight to No 1979 175 50.5° F <br /> lbs/ft2 mph Moderate Moderate <br /> K. Rooftop Drainage. Section 903.4 of the IRC and Section 1503.4 of the IBC <br /> are hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> Rooftop drainage must be addressed and shall be disposed of by one of <br /> the following methods: <br /> a. tight line to storm drain system (private or public) <br /> b. concrete splash blocks <br /> c. tight line to roof runoff infiltration system <br /> A tight line to the property line with direct discharge to the abutting <br /> property or public right-of-way is prohibited unless specifically approved by <br /> the City on the construction plans/permit. <br /> In all cases, the method selected will be subject to approval by the City's <br /> Public Services Division, with considerations given to site, soil types, slope <br /> conditions, and the nature of the development. <br /> L. Section 3002.4 of the IBC is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced <br /> with the following: <br /> 10 <br />
