The issuance of a permit based upon plans and specifications shall not <br /> prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring the correction of <br /> errors in said plans and specifications or from preventing work being <br /> carried on thereunder when in violation of the Code or of any other <br /> ordinance of the City. <br /> (g) Suspension or Revocation: The Building Official may, in writing, <br /> suspend or revoke a permit issued under provisions of this Code <br /> whenever the permit is issued in error or on the basis of incorrect <br /> information supplied, or in violation of any ordinance or regulation or any <br /> of the provisions of this Code. <br /> (h) Inspections: <br /> (1) All construction, work and equipment, for which a permit is required <br /> by this Code shall be subject to inspections by the Building Official to <br /> insure compliance with this Code. <br /> (2) That portion of any construction, work and equipment intended to be <br /> concealed shall not be concealed until inspected and approved. <br /> (3) Neither the City nor the Building Official nor his duly appointed <br /> assistant shall be liable for any expense entailed in the removal or <br /> replacement of any material required to allow an inspection. <br /> (4) The Building Official may require that every request for inspection be <br /> filed at least one day before such inspection is desired. <br /> 80-12 VIOLATION CITATION—ORDER. See Part 1, Section 3 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> B. WAC 296-46B-155 of the Department of Labor and Industries rules and <br /> regulations for installing electric wires and equipment and administrative rules as <br /> herein adopted is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> Regardless of any other provisions in this chapter, NM, NMS, NMC, SE, <br /> and USE cable shall not be allowed in non-dwelling occupancies. For the <br /> purpose of this section motels, hotels, and the facilities listed in tables 1 <br /> and 2 (WAC 296-46B-901) are not considered to be dwelling occupancies. <br /> Family child daycare homes are exempt from this section. <br /> Section 2. Codification <br /> Part 7 of this Ordinance will be codified under Chapter 16.05 EMC. <br /> 40 <br />
