ORDINANCE NO. 3197-10 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "2008 LED Energy Conservation Project,"Fund 303, Program <br /> 079, as established by Ordinance No. 3082-08. <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"2008 LED Energy Conservation <br /> Project," Fund 303, Program 079, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"2008 LED Energy Conservation Project,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 079, as established by Ordinance No. 3082-08, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "2008 LED Energy Conservation Project,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 079, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 382,418.00 <br /> Returned to the General Fund 67,581.00 <br /> Total Expenses $ 449,999.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Snohomish County PUD $ 249,333.00 <br /> Fund 009—General Gov. Non-Dept. 200,666.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 449,999.00 <br />
