2010 Budget Adjustments Tally Sheet Department Code Rev Exp FB GGA-19 Planning Amendment-TDR Grant 021A 30,000 GGA-19 General Fund Amendment-TDR Grant 002A 30,000 The City applied for and received a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce in the sum of$30,000 to conduct an Economic Feasibility Analysis of potential Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) receiving areas throughout the City. The study will include an evaluation of development regulations, infrastructure analysis, and an inventory of existing public facilities in the potential TDR receiving areas. The interagency agreement was approved by City Council on November 3, 2010. This amendment adds $30,000 to the Planning Department budget. S. Department of Justice initiative designed to provide a critical resource to state and local law enforcement. FY 2010 BVP funds became available earlier this year for purchase of compliant armored vests ordered on or after April 1, 2010. On June 1, 2010 the Everett Police Department applied for funding to cover the maximum of fifty percent of the cost of 85 vests. The total cost of the 85 vests is $66,385.27; therefore, the EPD applied for $33,192.64. That application was approved in full.
