August 29, 2012 <br /> AGREEMENT — PROPERTY ACCESS <br /> Real Property Manager Mike Palacios stated that there was <br /> reconsideration to one of the elements in the signed agreement and <br /> asked the City Council to authorize the execution of the agreement in the <br /> form substantially provided allowing the City Attorney's office and real <br /> property management to develop revised verbiage. City Attorney Jim Iles <br /> concurred with this recommendation. <br /> Hugh Henrickson thanked the Mayor, City Council, and city staff for their <br /> work on the agreement. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Property Use <br /> Agreement with Hugh Hendrickson for property access to make <br /> repairs to the Lowell-Larimer Road. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Hatloe who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—WPCF EXPANSION/PHASE C <br /> Moved by Council Member Burke, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Public Works Trust Fund <br /> Construction Loan Contract Number PC13-961-008 for the Everett <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion, Phase C, in the amount <br /> of$10 million. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Hatloe who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 243 <br />
