Section 3. Funds allocated for OPEB obligations to Fund 637, Sub Fund 100, the City's <br /> Police Pension Fund, shall not be withdrawn or expended for any other purpose than to meet the <br /> City's OPEB obligations under Chapters 41.20 and 41.26 of the RCW until the City has no <br /> further OPEB obligations under those chapters. <br /> Section 4. Savings. <br /> The enactment of this Ordinance shall not affect any case, proceeding, appeal, or other matter <br /> currently pending in any court or in any way modify any right or liability, civil or criminal, <br /> which may be in existence on the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 5.
