2011 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGR-3 Planning Reappropriation-TDR Grant 021 R 30,000 <br /> GGR-3 General Fund Reappropriation-TDR Grant 002R 30,000 <br /> The City applied for and received a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce <br /> in the sum of$30,000 to conduct an Economic Feasibility Analysis of potential Transfer of <br /> Development Rights (TDR) receiving areas throughout the City. In July 2010, they advised the <br /> City that they had not received funding from the Workforce Development Council of Snohomish <br /> County which necessitated discontinuing the program. <br /> The Center for Career Alternatives expended $7,499 before discontinuing the program, leaving <br /> a balance of$7,501 in Human Needs funds for 2010. <br /> This re-appropriation carries forward $7,500, to be allocated as part of the 2011 Human Needs <br /> Grants. <br /> Increase Beginning Fund Balance 002 3080000000 7,500 <br /> Increase Human Needs budget 009 5000199410 7,500 <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Tally 2011.xrsx 2/15/2011 <br />
