September 12, 2012 <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6538 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,822,239.99 for the period of August 25, 2012, through August 31, <br /> 2012. <br /> JOB COMPLETE -TRANSMISSION LINE 3, PHASE 7 PROJECT <br /> To accept the Transmission Line 3, Phase 7 Project, as complete and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion with IMCO <br /> General Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond. <br /> JOB COMPLETE -TRANSMISSION LINE 4, CATHODIC <br /> PROTECTION PROJECT <br /> To accept Transmission Line 4, Cathodic Protection Project, as <br /> complete and authorize the Mayor to the certificate of completion <br /> with SRV Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond. <br /> JOB COMPLETE - TRANSMISSION LINE 5, SKIPLEY ROAD <br /> PROJECT <br /> To accept Transmission Line 5, Skipley Road Project, as complete <br /> and authorize the Mayor to the certificate of completion with IMCO <br /> General Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 258 <br />
