n. Should a customer receive a "past due letter" for failure to pay <br /> by the due date, a late fee equal to 5% of the payment past due <br /> will be assessed on all amounts in arrears at the time of each bi- <br /> monthly billing. <br /> 9. Fire Service. The rates for water supplied exclusively for fire protection purposes <br /> shall be deemed service charges and shall be for any one month, or fractional part <br /> thereof, as follows: <br /> Size of Service Service Charge <br /> 2 inches $5.50 <br /> 3 inches 7.70 <br /> 4 inches 9.90 <br /> 6 inches 14.30 <br /> 8 inches 18.70 <br /> 10 inches 23.10 <br /> 12 inches 27.50 <br /> B. Outside the City Limits <br /> 1. Individual Meters Outside of the City limits. The consumption and minimum <br /> monthly water charges for individual metered services outside the City limits shall <br /> be computed in the same manner as for Residential metered customers within the <br /> City and then a multiplier of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to <br /> the water charge so computed. In addition, a charge of$0.355 per 100 cu. ft. or <br /> $2.13 minimum filtration charge shall be added to arrive at the total monthly <br /> charge. No multiplier shall be added to the filtration charge. <br /> 2. Master Meters <br /> a. Master meter rates shall be required for water districts, water associations <br /> or other organizations providing water service to 16 or more permanent <br /> services. Organizations serving less than 16 services and all other <br /> customers shall be charged at the individual meter rate. <br /> b. The consumption charges for master meters shall be as follows: <br /> i. For master meters connected east of the Snohomish River, the <br /> water charge shall be: <br /> Meter Charge $165.00 monthly <br /> Water Charge (exclusive of meter charge) .231 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> In addition to said water charge there shall be added a twenty <br /> percent rate multiplier to the water charge and a filtration charge of <br /> 10 <br />
