This budget amendment increases the Legal Dept. budget <br /> appropriation by $275,000. <br /> This budget was reduced by $200,000 from the 2003 budget to the 2004 budget. <br /> Increase Legal Fee expenditure budget 003 5100000410 275,000 <br /> Decrease Ending Fund Balance 009 5980000490 275,000 <br /> (To be offset by unanticipated revenues-See GGA 22&23) <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGA-16 Planning Amendment-Increase Labor/M&0 budget 021A 70,000 <br /> GGA-16 Non-Dept Amendment-Increase Labor/M&0 budget 009A _ (70,000) <br /> In the March 2004 budget revision process, the Code Compliance staff was reduced from six to two <br /> employees. This amendment restores a Code Compliance Officer position to the budget. This position <br /> has also been added to the 2005 Proposed Budget. <br /> The Planning Dept has also paid for abatement activities in the amount of$5,000 that exceeded the <br /> amended abatement budget in Special Projects Fund 115 - Abatement Subfund 047. This amendment <br /> increases the Planning budget by $5,000 for those expenditures.
