,1 <br /> a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2815-04 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"Kasch Park Soccer <br /> Field Artificial Turf Project", Fund 354, Program 017 as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 2514-01. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Kasch Park Soccer Field Artificial <br /> Turf Project", Fund 354, Program 017, was established to provide for the said repairs and <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Kasch Park Soccer Field Artificial Turf Project", Fund 354, Program 017, be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Kasch Park Soccer Field Artificial Turf <br /> Project", Fund 354, Program 017, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Construction Costs $ 1,800,000 <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 162 - CIP 5 1,800,000 <br /> Total Revenues $ 1,800,000 <br />
