Resolution No. 6805 <br /> A Resolution Adopting the 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Ecology recommends that the City <br /> update its Comprehensive Sewer Plan every six years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the previous Comprehensive Sewer Plan was approved in 2007; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared a 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan in accordance <br /> with the Department of Ecology Guidelines; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan meets the <br /> needs of the City and the State; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> adopts the 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> � )1444 Add <br /> Councilperson Introduf Res s ,tion <br /> Passed and Approved this 17th day of De c emb e 2014. <br /> Council President <br />
