• , /11111111/ 1 dievel'A 1111111111111 ORDINANCE NO. 2827-05 AN ORDINANCE amending and closing the special construction fund entitled "South Precinct Police Station", Fund 342, Program 001, as established by Ordinance No. 2451-00 and amended by Ordinance No. 2611-02. WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need for a south precinct police station; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has purchased a building located at 1121 SE Everett Mall Way to accommodate a south precinct police station; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2451-00 was established to fund the construction of the South Precinct Police Station; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2611-02 was established to provide additional funding necessary to complete the construction of the South Precinct Police Station and, WHEREAS, with the additional funding provided by this Ordinance, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2611-02, which reads as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $4,250,000.00 including costs related to design, construction, equipment, and contract administration_ Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $4,252,876.28 including costs related to design, construction, equipment, and contract administration. Section 2: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2611-02, which reads as follows: The sum of$4,250,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, "City Facilities Construction Fund" Program 001 "South Precinct Police Station".
