October 17, 2012 <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a preconstruction services contract <br /> with IMCO General Construction as General <br /> Contractor/Construction Manager for the Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility Expansion — Phase C project. <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Burke, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6550 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,100,137.34 for the period of September 29, 2012, through <br /> October 5, 2012. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — FESTIVAL OF BANDS <br /> To authorize the closure of various streets around the Everett <br /> memorial Stadium on October 27, 2012, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., for the <br /> Annual Puget Sound Festival of Bands High School Marching Band <br /> Competition sponsored by the Cascade High School Band and Color <br /> Guard Boosters. <br /> JOB COMPLETE — WPCF/PHASE B-2A IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PROJECT <br /> To accept the Water Pollution Control Facility Phase B-2A <br /> Improvements Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign <br /> the certificate of completion with I & E Construction allowing the <br /> release of the retainage bond. <br /> 287 <br />
