October 17, 2012 <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Burke, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1209-46 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Moore, Gipson, Burke, Stonecipher, <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Hatloe <br /> Ordinance No. 3297-12 adopted. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> CHANGE ORDER — LIFT STATION 2 FORCE MAIN PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign Unilateral Change Order <br /> 1 with Boss Construction for the Lift Station 2 Force Main Project for <br /> a net increase of $131,400.00, exclusive of sales tax, to the total <br /> contract price. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Hatloe who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — HIGH PERFORMANCE CPR TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign King County <br /> Contract EMS2612 to provide grant funding in the amount of <br /> $5,157.00 to teach High Performance CPR to local fire agencies and <br /> police personnel. <br /> 289 <br />
