The <br /> session is anticipated to last 40 minutes with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Bonnie Arnestad, Everett, spoke in opposition to Purple Haze, a retail <br /> marijuana store located at 4218 Rucker.
